Fire Extinguisher - New Training Technology

Clean, Safe, and Effective Fire Extinguisher Training

Advanced sensor technology detects where the trainee aims and sweeps our compressed air and water training extinguishers called SmartExtinguishers™. The on-board control system realistically and automatically varies the propane-fed flames and can simulate Class A, B and C fires. SmartExtinguishers™ eliminates the need to use or clean up dry-chemical or CO2 extinguishers.

Los Angeles California - NEW FIELD SITE

We've opened a full-service field office in Los Angeles. Our great customer care solutions and all related services and products are available now from our Los Angeles site (servicing Palm Springs north to San Diego south).

Learning Management Systems

Our LMS enables our clients to offer self-paced, self-service courses on their own Intranet. All this while still providing the necessary assessment and reporting capabilities to help monitor and track the learning process throughout their entire workforce.

No more PPV (Pay-Per-View), no more high priced monthly fees, no more expensive and slow updates. You own the system and can administer to it as little or as much as you'd like. 

Our Learning Management System provides the platform for the enterprise’s online learning environment by enabling the management, delivery and tracking of blended learning (i.e., online and traditional classroom) for employees, contractors and customers. Anyone from any department can build their own courseware and easily post it in our LMS or Life Safety Associates can provide custom, site-specific courseware. Your choice. WE'VE MOVED

We have expanded. Our new site is twice the size of our old one. A larger training room and a larger break-out area to improve our simulations. We now carry over 20,000 different products in the safety, emergency and hazardous materials arena.

EMERQUIZ

Starting January 2003 we will have updated our EmerQuiz site. There will be three separate EmerQuiz areas; (1) Emergency Medical, (2) ERT (safety related) and (3) Hazardous Materials. You can take the Quizzes and then try your hand at The Simulator. A scenario based situation simulator. Your answer right or wrong will dictate how you get though The Simulator

ONLINE PRODUCT CATALOG & ORDERING

During the month of December  we expect to have our secure Online Product Catalog and ordering system in place. You'll be able to see our most popular product lines and quickly and securely order online.

POWERPOINT

As of June 2002 many of our programs are augmented with the use of PowerPoint presentations to enhance the learning experience.

ONLINE TRAINING

We now have over 25 training titles. Would you like to take Test Drive? We are always adding additional titles, check back often.

EMAIL CONFIRMATIONS

For many of our clients they prefer we communicate training confirmations via email. Our new E-MailAssured system is a quick and easy method to view and confirm your future training programs. We do all the work and you just preview the class information and click with your approval. You can do this in about 30 seconds and you'll have written confirmation right at your finger tips. Rather not confirm your classes by Email, that's fine, we will be glad to call you 10-14 days prior to your scheduled program to insure that you know we have you on our training calendar. We have a three-tiered confirmation system to insure your classes don't slip into the cracks. This tiered system also includes our three instructor backup. Again to insure your classes get off without a hitch.

OSHA WRITTEN PLANS

Life Safety Associates provides comprehensive generic and site-specific written plans: Illness, Injury & Prevention Plans, Emergency Response Plans, Hazardous Communications Plans, Hazardous Materials Business Plans, ERT Response Procedures and more. Each plan is site and industry specific and is delivered as a Word document and becomes your sole property.
