AED with ADULT CPR

Life Safety Associates provides training for all makes and models of AED's. We have trainers in stock for the LIFEPAK 500®, Philips Forerunner® Lifeline®, Cardiac Science®, Zoll® and FR2® (formerly HeartStream) 

Program follows Emergency Medical Service Authority regulations and the American Heart Associations® standards.  

This program provides the following training:

  • One Rescuer CPR
  • Emergency Medical System
  • Legal Considerations
  • Risk Factors for a Heart Attack
  • Signals of a Heart Attack
  • CPR for Bystanders Video
  • Actions for Survival *
  • Hands-on Practice with the Newest Mannequins and AED's
  • Introduction to Automated External Defibrillation
  • Instructor demonstration of Automated External Defibrillator with scenario of single shock.
  • Student practice running scenario’s for single shock
  • Practice and review eight critical scenario’s with students
  • Practical and Written examination

Program Length 

Refresher training is required every two years, 4-hour format

Annual Review Training Is Required, 2-hour format (current California Code of Regulations requirement)
