This combined CPR, AED, and First Aid course is designed to give your team hands-on, real-world training they’ll actually remember. From cardiac arrest to cuts and burns, we make sure your team knows what to do, and has the confidence to do it well.

Course Highlights

Length: 8 hours total / 4 hours CPR/AED + 4 hours First Aid (includes breaks and time for lunch)
Formats Available: In-Person, Remote, or Blended Learning
Key Skills Covered: Cardiac arrest recognition and CPR techniques, AED operation including hands-on practice and scenario training, First Aid skills for burns, bleeding, fractures, seizures, and more
Certification: Meets American Heart Association (AHA) standards, valid for 2 years
Recertification Options: 4-hour renewal class recommended annually for students with current certification
Customize your session: Add Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP), Infant & Child CPR, or Emergency Oxygen (O2) Training for an additional fee

In-person Training

Our standard setup for in-depth hands-on learning. One of our experienced instructors will teach on-site at your location or at our private classroom in San Jose, CA.

Remote Training Via Zoom

Live, online instruction with demonstrations, interactive Q&A, and real-time participation. Your team receives the same quality of training, accessible from any location.

Blended Training

Recommended for busy teams. Students complete a video course a their own pace, then take an online test, followed by an brief in-person or remote skills assessment with an instructor.

Can I have new students and renewal students in the same class?

Unfortunately no, the pace of these classes are vastly different. However, a renewal student may attend a new student training. (a little extra practice never hurts)

How long is the certification valid?

2 years. We recommend an annual refresher to maintain skills retention.

Is this class OSHA-compliant?

Yes, this class meets standard guidelines for workplace safety training.

What happens if someone fails the test?

If a student demonstrates that they have not retained the material they will need to re-take the full class and schedule another assessment.

Can you train onsite at our office location?

Yes! Our trainers will come to your office to provide onsite training for your team.

Can we add more than one additional topic?

Absolutely. Add-ons like BBP, Infant & Child CPR, or Emergency O2 can be combined.

How many people can we train at once?

We can accommodate both large groups and small teams. Simply let us know how many students you’re expecting.
