Our comprehensive CPR, AED, and First Aid training equips your team with the skills they need to respond effectively in emergencies, from cardiac arrest to injuries and medical crises. The course combines lecture, demonstration, and hands-on practice so your employees gain confidence and competence.
Course Highlights
- Length: 8 hours (includes breaks and time for lunch)
- Formats Available: In-Person, Remote, or Blended Learning
- Key Skills Covered: Cardiac arrest recognition and CPR techniques, AED operation, including hands-on practice and scenario training, First Aid skills for burns, bleeding, fractures, seizures, and more
- Certification: Valid for 2 years, meets American Heart Association standards
- Recertification Options: Shorter 4-hour class for students/employees with an active certificate
- Customize your session: Add Blood Borne Pathogens (BBP) or Infant & Child CPR, or Emergency Oxygen (O2) Training to your session. Additional fees apply.
In-person Training
Our standard setup for in-depth learning. An experienced instructor will teach onsite, complete with hands-on training and a skills assessment
using manikins.
Remote Training Via Zoom
Live, online instruction with demonstrations, interactive Q&A, and real-time participation. Your team receives the same quality of training, accessible from any location.
Blended Training
For busy teams. Students complete a video course at their own pace, then take an online test. Finally, a brief in-person or remote skills assessment with
an instructor validates their knowledge.

How much do your classes cost?

Can I have new students and renewal students in the same class?
Unfortunately no, the pace of these classes are vastly different. However, a renewal student may attend a new student training. (a little extra practice never hurts)
Can I reschedule a session if needed?
Yes, we offer flexible rescheduling to fit your needs. [include cancellation/rescheduling details]
What equipment will you bring to our site?
We’ll bring all necessary training equipment, supplies, books or handouts, appropriate for your class topic.
Can you train onsite at our office location?
Yes! Our trainers will come to your office to provide onsite training for your team.
Can we use your classroom space for training?
Yes! We offer a fully equipped classroom at our San Jose office, available to our clients at no additional cost.
Will students get a certification card?
Yes, if your team is taking a certification course they will receive an electronic card or certificate after successful completion of the course.
I have a couple new hires who need to be trained, do I have to book a full class for just the 2 of them?
For most classes, Yes, you will need to book a full class. However, for CPR, AED, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens, we can offer individual students our online self-paced training option, then you can incorporate them into your regular training cycle with the rest of your team.
