How much do your classes cost?
We offer competitive rates based on group size and selected options. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Can I have new students and renewal students in the same class?
Unfortunately no, the pace of these classes are vastly different. However, a renewal student may attend a new student training. (a little extra practice never hurts)
Can I reschedule a session if needed?
Yes, we offer flexible rescheduling to fit your needs. [include cancellation/rescheduling details]
What equipment will you bring to our site?
We’ll bring all necessary training equipment, supplies, books or handouts, appropriate for your class topic.
Can you train onsite at our office location?
Yes! Our trainers will come to your office to provide onsite training for your team.
Can we use your classroom space for training?
Yes! We offer a fully equipped classroom at our San Jose office, available to our clients at no additional cost.
Will students get a certification card?
Yes, if your team is taking a certification course they will receive an electronic card or certificate after successful completion of the course.
I have a couple new hires who need to be trained, do I have to book a full class for just the 2 of them?
For most classes, Yes, you will need to book a full class. However, for CPR, AED, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens, we can offer individual students our online self-paced training option, then you can incorporate them into your regular training cycle with the rest of your team.
